Uploaded product images are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested analysis. Following a successful analysis, uploaded product images are permanently deleted from Resevis systems. Users should retain their own copies because deleted images cannot be recovered.
When you delete an individual submission, associated uploaded images, reports, and related analysis data may be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

When you request account deletion, access to your account is disabled immediately and uploaded product images are deleted. The remaining account information, product submissions, and analysis results are scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days and are normally removed during the next daily deletion cycle.
We may retain a minimal, anonymized record showing that a deletion was completed. Limited billing or transaction records may also be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained information is restricted to the applicable purpose and is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Payment services are provided by Stripe. We request deletion of the associated Stripe customer when the account purge is performed, but Stripe may retain limited transaction history when required by its legal and regulatory obligations. Information in backups expires according to our normal backup-retention cycle and is not restored to active systems except when required for disaster recovery or security purposes.
Deleted information will not be restored from backups except when required for disaster recovery, security, or legal obligations.
