General

What is Resevis?

Resevis is an AI-powered product research platform that helps ecommerce sellers evaluate product opportunities before investing in inventory. Depending on your plan, it can analyze product URLs and images to provide market, competitor, pricing, SEO, risk, trend, and opportunity insights.

Who is Resevis designed for?

Resevis is designed for ecommerce sellers, marketplace sellers, Shopify store owners, print-on-demand entrepreneurs, online retailers, product researchers, and small businesses that want structured research before sourcing or launching a product.

What types of products can I analyze?

You can research many consumer products using a direct product-page URL, product images, or both. The URL must be public and pass Resevis safety and product-listing validation. Image analysis must be included in your plan. Clear source material and a concise product description can improve the context available to the analysis.

Product Analysis

What information does Resevis provide?

Your report may include the following when the required features are enabled for your plan:

  • Product title, category, target audience, and analysis type
  • Market demand, competition, positioning, and feasibility
  • Suggested pricing and available competitor price ranges
  • Competitor, differentiation, growth, risk, and trend insights
  • SEO keyword ideas and opportunity scores

Results also depend on the quality of the submitted content and available external market data.

How long does an analysis take?

Most analyses finish within a few moments. Processing time can vary with the source material, system workload, and the availability of external AI and market-data services. Keep the analysis page open while it is processing.

What do the analysis statuses mean?
Pending
The submission is saved and waiting to be analyzed.
Processing
Resevis is actively analyzing the product.
Completed
The report is ready to review.
Failed
The attempt did not finish. Review the displayed error and try again from the saved submission.
Can I analyze the same product more than once?

Yes. Use Re-Analyze on a completed submission to refresh market-based insights using the saved product identification and available competitor data. If current market data cannot be refreshed, Resevis retains the existing report and displays an explanation. Each re-analysis consumes one analysis from your current monthly allowance.

Does Resevis guarantee that a product will be profitable?

No. Resevis provides research and decision-support signals based on available information. Results are not financial advice or a guarantee of sales, demand, or profit. Verify supplier costs, marketplace fees, advertising costs, product quality, competition, and customer demand before making an investment.

SEO, Keywords & Pricing

How are SEO keywords generated?

Resevis uses AI-assisted product context and available market research to identify relevant keyword ideas. SEO sections are shown only when included in your plan. Recommendations should be validated with current marketplace data before use.

Can I use suggested keywords on Amazon, Shopify, or other marketplaces?

Yes. You can consider relevant suggestions for product titles, descriptions, tags, websites, and marketing campaigns. Use them naturally, confirm that they accurately describe the product, and follow each marketplace's current listing and advertising rules.

How are pricing recommendations determined?

Pricing guidance is based on the product context, available competitor pricing, market positioning, and AI-assisted analysis. It is a research estimate, not a live price guarantee. Compare it with your landed costs, platform fees, taxes, returns, advertising costs, and target margin.

Why is the suggested price different from competitor prices?

The suggestion considers the broader competitive range, positioning, and perceived value rather than copying one listing. Competitor information may also change after the report is generated, so verify current prices before making a decision.

Dashboard & History

Can I view previous analyses?

Yes. The Submission Dashboard lets you filter and revisit saved submissions. Completed History shows completed reports. Free users see All History; paid users default to Current Subscription and can switch to All History.

Can I delete a submission or analysis?

Yes. You can delete a submission from the Dashboard. Its associated images, analysis, report, and related data may be permanently removed and cannot be restored through the user interface. Keep your own copy of anything important before deleting it.

Subscriptions & Billing

When do paid analysis limits reset?

Paid-plan allowances follow the current Stripe monthly subscription billing period.

Do unused analyses roll over to the next month?

Unused monthly analyses normally expire at the end of the billing period. When you upgrade, eligible remaining analyses from the previous plan are carried over only through the end of the current billing period; they do not continue into later billing periods.

What happens when I upgrade?

The higher plan starts immediately, and Stripe bills the change using the applicable proration. Eligible unused analyses from the previous plan are carried over for the remainder of the current billing period. Your existing renewal date remains the same.

What happens when I downgrade?

A downgrade is scheduled rather than applied immediately. Your current paid-plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, and the lower paid plan begins with the next period. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect.

What happens when my paid subscription expires?

New analyses and paid-plan tools become unavailable until you start or renew a subscription. Your account remains associated with the expired paid plan—it is not automatically changed to Free. Existing completed reports remain available through your history unless you delete them or request account deletion.

Can I turn off automatic renewal?

Yes. Open Manage Billing and select Turn Off Auto-Renew. Resevis immediately asks Stripe to cancel at the end of the billing period, so you keep access through the date already paid for and are not charged for another renewal. You can resume auto-renew before the subscription expires.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Turning off auto-renew schedules cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Stripe then cancels the subscription without renewing it, and Resevis removes paid access after the paid period ends. Canceling the subscription does not delete your account or completed reports.

Privacy & Security

Are my product images secure?

Uploaded images are stored privately and used to provide the requested analysis. They may be processed by trusted service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. After a successful initial analysis, Resevis automatically and permanently deletes the uploaded image; the saved submission and report remain available.

Does Resevis sell my personal information?

No. Resevis does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers to operate the service, when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Who can see my analyses?

Your reports require access to your signed-in account and are not published as public pages. Submitted content may be processed by authorized service providers as needed to run the analysis, and information may be disclosed in the limited circumstances described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated outputs may not be unique, so similar results can be generated for other users.

Technical Questions & Support

Why did my analysis fail?

Common causes include an unavailable or invalid product URL, an image that cannot be processed, temporarily unavailable external data, or a system error. Review the on-screen message, confirm that the product page is public and the image is supported, then retry the saved submission later.

Which browsers are supported?

Use a current version of a major browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Enable cookies required for secure sign-in. Older or unsupported browser versions may not display or operate all features correctly.

Do I need to install software?

No. Resevis is a web application that runs in your browser.

How can I contact support?

Use the Contact Us page. For a problem with a specific submission, include its Reference ID, the displayed error message, and a short description of what you were doing. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials.

How can I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Send the details through the Contact Us page. For bugs, include steps to reproduce the problem and the Reference ID when applicable. You can use the same form to submit a feature request and explain the workflow it would improve.
